The Ivy Room is perfect for larger events (up to 100 people), is available for daytime or evening hire
by members or non-members, and offers many benefit as below:

  For example, welcome drinks of prosecco at £19.50 per bottle, or house wine (white, red, rose) at £17.50 per bottle.

Day Time or Evening Hire
The Ivy Room is available for flexible private hire between 8am & 5pm for day time events such as Christenings, Wakes, Company Presentations, Yoga/Pilates or other such classes, and for evening hire for private events such as Landmark Birthdays & Anniversaries with a private, staffed bar and our renowned low prices.

Should you wish to arrange welcome drinks and/or provide food for guests at your event, please speak to us about our in-house catering options. It is also possible to engage a third party (e.g. a food van or hog-roast...) subject to them providing relevant food hygiene certification and public liability insurance.  Please note: we do not allow homemade or bought-in food (e.g. sandwich platters or party food purchased from retailers), with the exception of a birthday, anniversary, christening or similar cake.

Please note that - for security & insurance reasons, the Ivy Room is not available for children's parties, or for evening hire for 18th or 21st birthday parties. Parties to celebrate 25th birthdays and upwards are welcome!
